I too want to reach certain objectives, but not at all costs. I see vectors to follow, not specific points to land on (they don’t even exist, since everything oscillates).
“At what cost?” is a fundamental question. A Pyrrhic victory is no victory at all.

It took 15 rounds of voting to elect Kevin McCarthy as Speaker of the House, but just a few hours to throw him out. This is, unironically, a healthy system.
Recalling a politician should be much easier than electing a politician. Revoking legislation should be much easier than passing legislation.
At least for now. Other European countries will have to pay dearly to accomodate and reconstruct the poorest member state.
But we have other priorities: cutting red tape, slashing government spending & taxes, stopping the digital euro, deregulating firearms, and abolishing family courts.
Ukrainians and Russians are dying needlessly.
Arms shipments to Ukraine must stop, and Europe should negotiate with Russia & Ukraine over a new security arrangement for the whole continent.

Eugenics simply means finding ways to have the best offspring.
It is fine (moreover, great and natural!) as a man’s or a woman’s individual choice. But it is absolutely deplorable as government central planning for reproduction.
That said, incest should be banned.
